I stopped in Mt.Vernon, WA to visit a friend that I haven't seen in 40 years. Steve and his lovely wife Ingrid have built a beautiful place in a rural setting about 2 hours north of Seattle. Steve is an electrical contractor and these are his work, play, and casual duds. He does put on a clean t-shirt when he goes to church <G>. We had a great time filling in the gaps since our last visit and even made a speaker phone call to one other buddy from our teenage years. It is funny, we get older, a little softer, but some things stay the same. I was surprised how so many memories from our youth were coming back. That God given computer in our skull has a pretty good memory chip. Now if I could just get the hard drive fixed!
These are all real flowers, not the plastic one we have to put out in Phoenix.
