I too was leaving today heading for the Northwest to visit some friends. I didn't get too far and had to stop and look at my map so I would get out of town on the correct road. It was raining pretty hard when I started, but after 50 miles or so I saw blue sky and temps soaring into the fifties. Unfortunately the rain came back and stayed with me for a couple of hundred miles. If you look at the first post of my instrument panel you will see that I have my CC set on 90mph. If you look real hard, an old lady in a late model VW bug was pulling away from me at well over a hundred. I think she may have been from Pasadena.
